Diane Viale is the Vice President of Operations of Lazarus & Harris LLP, overseeing all financial, managerial and paralegal operations of the firm. Diane has been with Lazarus & Harris LLP since its inception in 2000, and has worked with both Scott Lazarus and Sidney Feinberg since 1994. She was a paralegal and legal assistant to Messrs. Lazarus and Feinberg at Leavy Rosensweig & Hyman prior to the formation of Lazarus & Harris LLP.

With over 25 years’ experience working in the theatre community, Diane has been the Artistic Associate at New Musicals, Inc., Assistant to the Producers at ERB Productions, Inc., and Administrative Assistant at the Drama League, and has been involved in some capacity in numerous Broadway shows, such as Spring Awakening, Monty Python's Spamalot, Mamma Mia!, The Phantom of the Opera, The Secret Garden, and Kiss of the Spider Woman, to name a few.

​Diane is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and SUNY Stony Brook, where she was a Theatre Arts Major.
